Home based Respite to Adult and Elderly Carers who are looking after someone at home with a disability or illness. Home based Respite to Parent Carers who are caring for a disabled child. Care is delivered in your home whenever needed, and tailored to suit your individual needs and those of your loved one. Our community care workers will undertake whatever is needed to ensure that the person you care for is well looked after in your absence. You can enjoy your break, confident in the knowledge that your loved one is being cared for professionally. Our experienced community care workers, benefit from regular training to ensure that they provide the very best standard of care. |

Many young people under 18 have caring responsibilities looking after a relative at home. This can make it difficult for them to enjoy their childhood. The project provides support, advice and opportunities for recreational activities and raises the awareness of the existence and needs of these young Carers. In recognition of our staff training, we hold the prestigious Investor in People award. |
