What are our rates?

We charge the same rate for services during the week, at night or at weekends. Rates can be obtained by contacting one of our service co-ordinators. Other rates apply for sleep-ins, bank holidays and Christmas day and are available on request.

If you cancel a service with six hours notice or less, we will unfortunately have to charge you – because we will still need to pay our care staff
