Carers Project
The Young Carers Project offers three possibilities to volunteers:
Volunteers can get involved with as many of these as they wish. We ask volunteers to commit to at least one year with the project, which begins once a clear Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check has been obtained.
As we work with a vulnerable group of children, volunteers are expected to turn up to the full induction and training evenings. It is also essential that our volunteers are fully committed and that befrienders are able to provide monthly reports on progress with their befriendee.
