Volunteering

The care management team are responsible for managing and supervising recruiting, developing and motivating the Community Care Worker team. 

We believe that a key factor in maintaining and improving the quality of our clients' lives is having a staff team who enjoy working for Capital Carers and who share our commitment to providing the highest standards of care and support to our clients and their Carers.

The Care Management team are currently looking for people who can provide; positive experiences for clients that will meet their social, recreational, cultural and individual needs and will enable their Carers to have a short break from there caring role.

All Community Care workers will be expected to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check.
